How do I link to your website? |

Where should I place the links on my website? |

The most effective location to add our links and banners to is your home page. The best results are achieved when banners are placed at the top of your web page and links are placed in the upper left hand corner of your web page, however you're free to place our links in any location on your website.

You will have the greatest success adding links which fit the overall design of your website. Picture based links (such as banners) provide a greater click-through-rate, however a simple text link in a clearly visible location will also be successful.

What happens if I have multiple websites? |

Under one Affiliate Account, you can have multiple websites with multiple links to our website. The advantage in retaining one Affiliate Account is that you can check on your overall sales performance in one place and receive one monthly commission check for all of your sales transactions. Am I allowed to bid on search terms (in Google, for example) through your affiliate program? |

Yes, we encourage our affiliates to use search marketing as another way to earn commissions in addition to text links and banners. However, we prohibit our affiliates from bidding on the following terms on our behalf: "Project Management", "Project Management Templates", "Project Management Methodology" and "Project Management Forms".

How do you track my orders? |

Once you have completed the Application Form, we will assign you a unique Affiliate Id. You can add this Affiliate Id to each of your MPMM links so that we can identify all of your traffic. When your traffic reaches our site, we will monitor it until a sales is made, at which point we will record the sale in your account and calculate a sales commission for you.

How do I get paid? |

If you have a PayPal account, we will send the payment to your PayPal email address within the first week of the month. If you have requested payment by check then we will send you a check in the first week of the month. Note: It may take 2-3 weeks for a physical check to be delivered to you.

Every month we will total your commission and as long as it's greater than $50 and your sales have cleared the 60 day credit card fraud detection period, we will pay the commission to your Pay Pal account.

Within the Account Centre, you can access reports at any time to display your traffic generated, sales made and commission earned.

Your account will be debited for commissions earned on refunded transactions, credit card disputes or fraud.

Can I earn commissions for my own purchases? |

Although you cannot earn a commission on your own purchases, we may provide you with a discount if you are an existing Affiliate and wish to adopt our products within your organisation. The level of discount varies depending on the number of Affiliate sales you have made to date and the number of user licenses required. Email us for more info.
