Jason Westland, CEO and Founder
The CEO has had a fast paced Project Management career. With 20 years experience managing big projects, IT Companies and building project management products, he really knows his stuff.
He wrote the best seller book "The Project Management Life Cycle" and has authored hundreds of articles and newsletters on the topic of project management.
Greatest challenge
"My single greatest challenge was delivering the £1billion Strategic Alignment Project for British Rail. It was an enormous project, with strict deadlines and tons of pressure. I had to work smart, so that's where the idea of providing online project templates, was founded."
Personal Interests
Scuba diving, ice climbing, travelling and managing high growth companies.
Craig Nicholson, Technical Director
As the Method123 Technical Director, Craig adds 16 years of IT&T experience to the business.
He started as a software developer for IBM, and since then his career has seen him take on a wide variety of technical leadership roles within Government and private organizations.
Greatest challenge
"When I worked with the Ministry of Defense, I managed the installation of several large software upgrades to mission critical systems. Sitting in board meetings full of the military's top senior officers, helping them with their strategic software needs gave me a massive buzz (along with several grey hairs!)"
