Greatest challenge
"My single greatest challenge was delivering the £1billion Strategic Alignment Project for British Rail. It was an enormous project, with strict deadlines and tons of pressure. I had to work smart, so that's where the idea of providing online project templates, was founded."

With 20 years of software development experience, and a master’s degree in education, Pam adds a unique blend of skills to the business. She is the driving force behind the partner program that helps partners implement and teach our project methodology around the world.
Greatest challenge
"I've always had to juggling hundreds of projects for multiple teams at the same time. This pushed me to my limits, but gave me the background and experience needed to understand fully, what our customers are faced with every day of the week. It helps me give partners and customers what they need, because I know they always have a challenge ahead of them!"

Craig Nicholson, Technical Director
As the Method123 Technical Director, Craig adds 16 years of IT&T experience to the business.
He started as a software developer for IBM, and since then his career has seen him take on a wide variety of technical leadership roles within Government and private organizations.
Greatest challenge
"When I worked with the Ministry of Defense, I managed the installation of several large software upgrades to mission critical systems. Sitting in board meetings full of the military’s top senior officers, helping them with their strategic software needs gave me a massive buzz (along with several grey hairs!)"
