The Open User License has:

	No annual maintenance cost
	No annual upgrade costs
	No additional license costs

This license is valid for a single legal entity for a company with less than 500 employees. If your organization has more than 500 employees, then please email us directly () for a quote. It does not cover franchisees, parent companies, other legal entities within the same organization or other affiliated entities.

The License includes free upgrades so you can get the latest version of the software at any time.

The cost of an Open User License depends on the number of installed users and the number of legal entities you want to license within your Organization. For 100 users or less, the cost is $4,800 USD.
